Production Program

The production program of TAJMAC-ZPS is composed of Swiss-type lathes and multispindle automatic lathes, mechanical and CNC. Multispindle Automatic Lathes MORI-SAY

Mechanical machines of AC series
Traditional concept of cam-controlled turning lathes for large-lot and mass production. The basic configuration is with 6 or 8 spindles, with controlled motors of spindle drives and feeds.
Numerically controlled machines of TMZ series
Fully CNC controlled machines in 5, 6 and 8 spindles configuration. Suitable for serial production of technologically highly demanding workpieces.

Swiss-type Lathes MANURHIN K’MX

We introduce a highly productive Swiss-type Lathes for manufacturing of round bars up to diameter of 32 mm (36 mm) as well as square and hexagon bars. These automatic lathes with sliding headstock expanded the production program of TAJMAC-ZPS a. s. after MANURHIN K’MX acquisition in 2004 and transfer of production from French Mulhouse into the city of Zlín.

Swiss-type Lathes MANURHIN K'MX 413

THE MANURHIN K’MX 413 is dedicated to run small parts from Ø 3 (2)–16 mm (over Ø 13 mm, preparation of bars is necessary in standard, as an option it can be used with full Ø 16mm bars without preparation).

Counter spindle, powered tools are included in the basicmachine as well as the barloader. With 2 electrospindles, 3 powered tools, C-axis, and up to 12 fixed tools, the K’MX 413 is also able to run complex parts. With this machine, we want to offer an economical, reliable and easy solution. Four linear axes (X1, Y1, Z1, Z2), two rotary axes (C1, C2).
